Default The Winston in Mineola
Whatever happened to the new Winston condos that were to be built on Old Country Road in Mineola? The last I read, Mineola approved this, but Garden City wanted to block it fearing how it will affect their infrastructure. (Translation: New construction is competition for aged Cherry Valley and overpriced - and aged - Seventh Street.) Is this place still in the works? Did GC shoot it down? Did Polimeni back out after the real estate crash?
