We had a service - group of 3 - 4 girls came in once every two weeks and cleaned top to bottom. Charged $65. Very reasonable, and also very trustworthy.

$50 every two weeks for a 2br/1
very trustworthy, and she has a key.
She doesn't do windows though and we provide the cleaners etc.

just to comment $70 doesn't seem bad depending on how big the place is and how much gets done.

big plus is if they can be trusted. I figure it should be between $20 and $30 an hour. Its not particularly easy work if a good job is done.

I am wanting to start a new home cleaning service. I want to do something where customers can feel comfortable about strangers in their home. What are some suggestions?

80 bucks for a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath colonial. They also change the sheets and out them in the washing machineif it is empty. They spend about 3 hours depending hoe many helpers come with her. I am in Commack if you want her number. She is great.

I am starting to think I am being overcharged. I pay $70 and the person spend around two hours cleaning. Is this a reasonable fee?
Thank you.
Would any of you chaps happen to know where your help acquires top shelf caviar? I've found my self in a bit of a rough patch, having to make the purchase myself and can't select between the Sevruga or the Osetra. Moreover, finding a delightful venue for its purchase eludes me.

Goodness sakes, Long Island. Could you find it in your to extend a hand?

I can't afford for someone to clean my house. I'm not an SCPD cop.

I charge $20.00 per hour and my clients supply most of the supplies. A 3 bed 3 bath place takes me three hours plus. I move every thing and get into the corners. I do an extra for my clients on each visit and most of them don’t notice. The extras can be something like cleaning out under the kitchen sink washing out the garbage cans, cleaning all the door knobs and washing a wall that is stained. (I do the whole wall as not to leave streaks.) I think 60 -70 $ is not bad for three hours.
