Default Oh no, not this again!

Moderator cut: link did not work

I knew this wouldn't go away so easily. The FEDs helping out their buddies at Shell gasoline. An environmental disaster waiting to happen not too mention an eye sore on what is one of the most beautiful bodies of water in the country on a summers day.

Unbelievable

Broadwater LNG in New York gets nod (Scandinavian Oil-Gas Magazine)

"The U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has approved Broadwater Energy LLC’s plan to build and operate the first floating terminal for the storage and delivery of liquefied natural gas, or LNG, to the United States."

This is the first one in the US? And they are placing it in a very developed area, on a body of water which has had more than it's fair share of environmental issues?

We're all guinea pigs!

Here's the lovely color brochure published to explain why this is needed. Pipelines appear to be coming ashore on LI at Northport.
