Question Plumbing- Toilet keeps backing up
Can you put an electric snake down the toilet to rid of a clog 6-10ft down in the pipe from toilet?

Yes. Thats what a plumber would do to fix the clogged pipe.

A plumber would not use an electric snake hopefully. He would likely use a hand auger and if that didn't work, he would pull the toilet and run an electric "snake". You could use an electric snke but you would scratch the toilet and possibly crack the bowl
