Maybe it depends on the delivery area, but in our area the grocery store circulars include only a fraction of the coupons that come in Newsday

The Hometown Shopper is put out in all of Nassau and suffolk County. The only time you usually don't receive it is if you currently have a newsday home delivery subscription or you moved into your home in the last 3 years and the previous person didn't get it. Usually they come out on Tuesday or Wednesday. You can also call newsday directly and ask them to add you to the delivery list for the hometown shopper paper. There is no charge for it because the post office delivers it.

I no longer subscribe and do get the all the circulars on Wednesday (unless my mail carrier forgets ), however, the coupons included in this delivery don't come anywhere near the number of coupons you get with the newspaper.
