There are a few horse properties for sale on bellport ave in Medford.
Might be worth checking them out. It's exit 65

Patchogue?? That would have to be Seriously North Patchogue, or Almost in Medford Patchogue, right? Willow Springs is the only horse facility I'm aware of in Patchogue, and that's very close to the Medford horse area.
Haven't heard from OP in a while....Have you found anything??

Woodside or Woodward ave? Our friends have 5ac and a bunch of critters, goats, Sicilian donkey, etc. Nice and flat land too.
