Hi,

Anyone know of a good yoga studio or yoga teacher? (Preferably in Lynbrook, or the surrounding towns)

there is a bikram yoga studio on maple ave in rvc. its small, but chill atmosphere and nice studio (wood floors).
there is a new one that just opened up on atlantic in east rockaway - but i've never been to a class there. they only hold one a week and i think it's bikram as well.

Thanks! I'm not sure I can handle Bikram. I found a website for Yoga Polarity Center in Malverne. Anyone ever try that place?
