I just got relocated (moved) to Long Island New York with my family in Ronkonkoma on I-495. Since last 2 months I am looking to buy a house in Holbrook area because it has excellent school district. Last Sunday when I went to Costco (on Nicolls Rd and Sunrise Highway), to my surprise there is excellent community located on right behind it - Autumn Ridge. While coming from I-495, I made right on Collins drive - just before Sunrise Highway.
I am going to both Open House on this sunday noon in Autumn Ridge community. Its 151 Dari Drive, Holbrook, N and 156 Dari Drive, Holbrook, NY. I think both are 2 Bed, 2Bath Ranch for price around $340,000. I have 3 year old daughter, its highly safe, clean and well maintained community. Taxes looks little high, but will STAR Exemption, it should come around $5000+...i think so.
