We are going to make an offer to a house on waters ave hicksville. It is very close to the station and broadway mall. It is convenient for commute. Does anyone know whether it is a good location, eg. safety, neighbour? Also what is the reasonable price arrange for a house with 1.5 bath?

I spent a good part of my childhood growing up in Hicksville and riding my bike to the Mid Island Plaza, now the Broadway mall. Nice place to raise a family.
