This is fantastic. I hope the coup survives legal muster.
What a mess Albany has become under the Patterson regime. If he had any dignity he'd resign now. The State is in shambles and he continues to tax and spend.
Monday night, Paterson blasted the Senate coup d'etat as a "dereliction of duty." However, he also said he would recognize whomever is ultimately recognized as Senate chief.
A. Who is this guy to accuse ANYONE of dereliction of duty?
B. Do you think he could actually recognize the Senate chief?
Not like it really matters, these two clowns have legal issues out the wazoo and have a decent chance at landing in jail anyway. Nice way to give someone with as many ethical issues as Espada has to the president pro tempore position
They're all out of their minds! Even the NY Post, not the most "liberal" of papers, called it "a madhouse with the inmates running the asylum." How can anyone think this disgrace is good news? It looks like it could be a scripted Jerry Springer show for crying out loud!
"Conservative Businessman" Tom Golisano is behind this. He said yesterday in the news that it took a lot of "resources" to do this.
Yes, how much did you have to pay these 2 unethical and possibly criminal clowns to turn, Golisano? Didn't you get crushed in an election? Grudge much? These is crazy stuff.
As far as Gollinsano, he is only concerned about himself as always.
He's now a resident of Florida, which has no state income tax, so any raise in taxes for the wealthy cannot affect him. Why doesn't he go away already?
