Default Noise Ordinance Laws

Sorry If this has been asked, I couldn't find an answer...

Can anyone tell me how I'd find the noise ordinance laws for East Northport in Suffolk County, or if they even exist?

There is an "establishment" in the town that is extraordinarily noisy almost every night with very loud music.. The police are called frequently, but it's becoming tiresome to do so on a nightly basis..

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

Thank you for reading..

Probably covered by Huntington Town code.

Go to http://town.huntington.ny.us/ and click on the Town Code link on the left navigation pane. Should be able to do a search on "Noise" to see the relevant sections.

You need to call "code enforcement" at the Town Hall.
