Kelly is there any website available that shows homes for sale directly in the Lake Panamoka area?

Right now, I feel like moving into one and I'm nowhere near that age.

I looked at both Leisure Knolls and Lesiure Village before coming to Florida, in anticipation of coming back to NY. I was in my late 50s when I went there. Most of the people did seem older than me, especially at the Village. The Knolls are single family houses versus attached row houses in the Village.

My husband doesn't like shoveling snow, or raking leaves, or for that matter, mowing the lawn, so that is why I considered a retirement community. The prices have come down substantially since I was there. I have checked the MLS site and you can certainly get something for under $300,000 now.

I am still considerng the Knolls for when we move back.
