Hey there,
Now since its getting hotter, I turned on my central air conditioning but its not working well. It blows out air but its not turning into cold air, the house is not getting cooled even after I set it to 65 degrees for an entire day with all windows closed and moreover Im a new homebuyer and I think Im missing out on something. Any suggestions or references?
Thank You

If you turn on your Central A/C and room temp. air is coming out, your Condenser (Outside)is not working.

1st: With AC off, Take curcuit breaker out of box of outside unit.
2nd: Turn A/C on. ( your fan should turn on inside.)
3rd: Go outside and put breaker back in.

If Condenser Unit Fan is turning and no cool air is coming out inside,..your might have a Freon problem.

If Condenser Fan is not working but you hear the motor "humming", your outside fan may be a little rusty or shot. (Take Out Curcuit Breaker!)

Let me Know for further details
