I think it was woodhull landing road, dead end.. last year .. sound beach ...
Watched a girl playin with heroin, possibly 21, looked as if she may have had a kid, a small van pull up and some more drug playing, then some locals took a walk down to the beach at which point i noted to myself, how this is rampant all over....
So now this is sound beach... Like i said people do not pay attention, or they simply do not know what to look for.
Look for yourself and pay attention... i have and can find this EVERYWHERE.
Not to judge people, but 3 of the later to stroll by wouldn't probably be seen as the crowd to be with.

Good point and thats a sad story but it doesent change the fact that Sound Beach blows Mastic away by any measure imaginable.
Its a much better buy.

That steal of the week is 1000 sq ft, @195K ...
You could find another steal for less with more sq ft
I love the levit houses sinai/coram/pjeff....all sheetrock bs construction for $450K+

North Shore pal.
Much better schools, safer area etc etc etc etc.
It is what it is... and thats pretty sweet considering its on a quiet road, nice property and walk to beach.

Since Woodhull Landing Rd is the border of Sound Beach and Miller Place...who knows which side of the "ghetto" the druggies come from...

I will agree with Crooks here, I would buy in Sound Beach / Rocky Point over Mastic Beach any day. Better schools, safer area, etc.
