This is the same old racial steering that's put LI in the pickle it's in.
You can't really say either Nassau or Suffolk is more racist, IMO. Nassau suffers more from historical segregation issues, but Suffolk has some pig-ignorant places.
I can't offer any recommendations without knowing budget and commute, either.

Pretty amazing, isn't it?

If she is an attorney, she can do a lot better than Baldwin!
Why would you recommend it, considering all of the "true life first person experience" negative stories you have posted about Baldwin and why Baldwin is in decline for people who have lived there before or know better and how only people from the ghetto hoods in Brooklyn would find Baldwin an attractive place to live at this point?

The OP was black my wife is black. I didn't like Baldwin doesn't mean my wife didn't. My black wife didn't feel comfortable in Oceanside that's what I was saying...... I was giving her the heads up. My wife is also a nurse practitioner (professional) like the OP. Why do you constantly following me around and posting after me? Sorry hunny I'm already married

If it was a white attorney posting asking where to live would you suggest Baldwin? I highly doubt it. But Baldwin is good enough for her because she's black.
As for following you around ... did you ever think you are following all of the rest of US around? You live in VA now. You left Baldwin. You left LI. You left NY State. Why aren't you posting over there instead of bothering with us poor fools here on LI? I notice your latest thread bragging about all you've got (courtesy of the taxpayers who pay your 75% tax free "disability" pension and who pay your kids to be on the dole on Social Security because you are "disabled") got totally deleted from here pretty quickly, didn't it?
Please note, if what you had you EARNED and you were down south WORKING AT A JOB instead of living off us, you would be respected as a "LI'er made good elsewhere." Since you and all of your children are on the dole, your family could live anywhere and be fine, and of course down south the dole money goes further. The rest of us don't have that option. We have to pull our own weight. I would rather hear from someone down south who moved there from LI and made it on their own working because that is what is relevant to 99.9% of us and is what we can identify with.

Since you didn't mention them, I guess that South Valley Stream and North Valley Stream are OK then?

Stop cracking on Valley Stream will ya? lol Now that I moved into my dads house in Queens, I miss that place like crazy.
But as an African American I am curious too, where would you suggest we live on LI?
I like Lynbrook and Rockville Centre a lot.
