lol the majority of restaurants on Kitchen Nightmares were from LI! Made it a point to try and eat at every one featured, and Peters in Babylon is closed now (the episode with the guido guy)

I grew up in Bellmore and ate at the Mixing Bowl after it was on the show...let me say, incredible. I don't know how it was before though. I really enjoyed my meal and although it's a small place, it is nicely decorated. Very romantic ambience too!
