Have you guys noticed areas in Long Island that has ethnic or country wise congregation of the populi ? you know... how people like to hang out together. I would like to read your observations.

Where the heck do the Italians hang out in Holbrook ? There isn't a downtown to speak of. At Momma Lombardi's, maybe?

My previous landlord was an Italian and he had a few friends in holbrook, and he gave me the impression about it, never mind.

Massapequa.... did not know.... but yeah I think they are everywhere. As I mentioned above my previous landlord told me stories.... his family came here in the early 20's.... a lot of italians came in during that period and they worked very hard for decades and it finally paid off.

Long Island is overrun by Italians. I think they/we ( I'm part) are the largest ethnic group. Can't you smell the hair gel?
