Default Paver Lighting

Recently I moved into a home with Paver Lighting installed in the walkway. A few work and others don't. A wire may have been cut in one area as well. Overall the system looks clean and may just need to be maintenanced. Does anyone know how to repair this problem or are familiar with this type of system in Suffolk near Manorville. Looks like some bulbs may need to be replaced and some wires may need to be re-clamped or cleaned up. The power from the transformer in the basement looks fine. I'm considering hiring an electrician or calling a paver company that may be familiar with the system.Thanks.. Below are some pics:

Looks like a landing strip! Better be careful, might have a 747 in your driveway in the morning one day.
