In your other thread you are stating you have $500,000 to spend, so you upped your spending by $50,000 in this "Down Market" . Maybe you should have bought back in 2009?
You could be doing a refi and putting in a brand new $80,000 kitchen and paving stone driveway by now.

You think prices will continue to fall thru 2016? I am buying no matter what September 2013. It's a gamble, it's a risk BUT really is it? I plan on living in the house we buy for the next 15 years at least!
