Default Trying to decide, Manhasset/Roslyn vs Old Brookeville

Found excellent opportunity in Old Brookeville but older rather "tight" home on 3 acres for under 2 million--however did feel lonely and away from Starbucks, center of town, ?playgrounds. Could build my dream house on this property but is it worth it? Manhasset and Roslyn have town, library==but no land...space compromise for amenities?

I think only you can answer the question of how important it is to be close to certain amenities, KWIM? What diff does it make what other people think about that?

I know what I would choose...I've had friends in all 3 areas.
All I can do is tell you that in Nassau, one can't make more land/space.
Three acres can make for some fantastic personal playground.
