Default 8/8/2009 Serious accident in Smithtown
Does anyone know what happened on Saturday? Rte 25A/Jericho Tpke was closed from Terry Rd to Rte 111 pretty much ALL DAY LONG. Mainly, there were two cars involved, they were completely destroyed, a definite head on collision must have taken place. No word about it in the news.... strange considering the recent number of head on collisions in Suffolk, all being publicized.

I MAY have drove by this accident right after it happened, some time in the morning between 10-11am. Both cars were pretty much destroyed. From what I could tell, it did not seem like anyone was seriously injured, but I did not have much time to see what was going on.
