I agree with this, I don't think prices are going to go much lower. If anything..and that's anything, it may be 10%. I do know that when interest rates go up, home prices come down but I do not think by 40%. Just my opinion though.

not now but for the next 2 years the prices will go furthur. btw, interest rates just went up TODAY.

I was told by a friend that buys and sells property. the more the rates go up, the less homes people are willing to buy THUS the decrease in home prices. you'll see. Ive been listening to him for 3 years now and he's been right everytime.
