Hey,
Was this the time after SONYMA got your file... or from the time you sent all docs to the lender ?

So you guys decided on the date in anticipation of SONYMA approving the cert ?
What date did you send the docs to SONYMA ?

Date isnt finalized... Bank just told us we're aiming for around that time... Of course if the MCC doesnt come through by then, we're going to try to hold off on closing... All docs SHOULD have been sent to sonyma within the past day or so... To my knowledge, we now have all the paperwork to send to them (we were waiting on 1 thing from someone who was VERY slow on returning the doc)

How do I go about getting that status update from sonyma?

Hey, it was you who gave me the SONYMA contact number.... 1-800-382-HOME (4663)
Call them up and ask for the status. If its received by them it will show up on the system and they can tell the date they received it. They received mine on the 6th.... still waiting. I am hoping for closing near the 20th/23rd also ... would be nice if it happens before the thanksgiving holidays !!
