Went to see the park and talked to some of the people. They said the park had been sold, but nothing else had changed except that the two potholes were being filled and rumor is they are going to re-pave the streets. Saw two more homes and am lookiing to find financing. Hopefully I'll be moving in soon !!!!

Smile Maybe that's the reason...

Maybe, just maybe that's why people move to Syosset! I for one get enough ethnic and or cultural diversity to last me a lifetime just watching the news and reading the paper cover to cover every night! I suppose you would have to pity those poor Syosset kids, not being exposed to all of the worlds garbage disposal refuse...Maybe they should experience a little more crime in town, or school stabbing and shootings? Trust me... Syosset schools, being among the very top in the nation, teach what's going on in the world today. I was born in Syosset in 1955, when Syosset was a small town and still had a few dirt roads to offer. Where a hamburger stand once stood where the Seaford Oysterbay Expy now occupies on Jericho Tpke. If you want to see the loyalty to this wonderful town just go to Classmates.com and see that there are many more alumni registered than almost any other school district in the country. We aren't missing anything at all. I am sorry if I offend, but you sound more liberal than conservative! Those who believe that to be complete a town needs ethnic diversity never lived in this town.
