anyone recommend a good real estate lawyer Suffolk?
I have been looking for a knowledgeable real estate lawyer for a somewhat complicated purchase. Does anyone have a recommendation for a reasonably priced, honest lawyer who is a specialist in real estate? thanks!

Adam Grossman, Riverhead. Very honest, knows his stuff and very reasonably priced. We just bought a house with him...he was with us for a very long saga and was great throughout.

He isnt in Suffolk but he is worth the distance. He is knowledgable and works quickly/efficiently. We were ready months before our sellers were ready.

one thing is for sure. that was not my experience with nick. he was a cold nightmare for me.

I realize this is a bit out of date but for anyone researching this thread in the future I recommend Kelly Sackman Spollen & Upton in Greenlawn. We worked with Bill Kelly for a number of transactions and think the world of him. But the best reason to use them is their office staff who are the ones that really do the work and wind up being your primary interface; they are truly first rate.
