The girls drifted together during the party as often happens and the subject of Kate and the topless/bottomless photos came up. Here is the question that we had.
You are here on L.I and decide to go topless or totally in the buff in your own fenced back yard. You have neighbors and your yard is not very private (i.e) you can be seen sunbathing on your deck from your neighbors yard very easily. Can you be arrested for public nudity or lewd behavior? What about if it is landscaped or fenced in with privacy fencing?
What if they have kids? Indecent exposure rape or sexual predator? The conversation really got going so much so that eventually the guys got into the conversation and we still ended up right where we started.
On one hand, your yard, your right to do as you see fit. But on the other, if you can easily be seen???
We are not planning on a nudist party just an interesting tangent at a party.

If your naked and in your home and can been seen from the outside, you can be arrested, same as in your backyard. But if you live in England no.
But someone as to call the police in the first place...
Now by me a lot of people get naked in a hot tub no big deal and the police have never been called. But technically it's against the law. I guess it would all come down on what kind of neighbors you have...down here it's a party on attitude at least by me.
I'm pretty sure being topless is not even illegal. Being nude is a bit different, but if you are in your own yard you likely can't get in any kind of trouble.
Oh I dont think its a crime. We had a business and had to sevice many clients. Our guys used to love to go to one particular house as the homeowner would sunbathe nude.

It's still a crime......its not a crime if no one is concerned or calls the police. Like I said before it all depends on what kind of neighbors you have. Once again if your naked and can be seen by the public, regardless if your in your own home or on your own property it's a crime! I dealt with these situations plenty of times.
Yes it is....but being naked is the answer I'm giving plus just being topless is fine. But if a women rubs or touches her breasts even from her window or backyard and can be seen she could be arrested. Most men don't call 911 in this scenario but it has happened.
