we hired KB inspections for our home inspection a couple of weeks ago and i just wanted to say - Rich was great! he arrived early and was very thorough. he kept us apprised throughout the inspection, explaining what his findings were and educating us in the process, which was great since we're first time home buyers. he was friendly and approachable. i really felt secure knowing he was looking out for things that are problems or might cause problems for us in the future.
we weren't sure about the house to begin with, and he confirmed our concerns and spotted things we did not. he took the time to explain what the causes were and the solutions. we ended up renegotiating the price based on his inspection, but finally decided the house was more than we bargained for.
we are now looking at more houses and will definitely be calling Rich back.
