This is excellent news for all the children and teachers whose hard work and studies have elevated them to this status! Kudos to all!

Wm Sidney Mount Elementary houses the TVCSD IG program. I wonder whether having some the district's brightest students under one roof didn't skew the results a little, though. If these children were in their home schools, would Mount have achieved Blue Ribbon Status?
