Does anyone know the current occupancy rate of Meadowbrook Pointe, the community right off the Meadowbrook Pkwy near the Source mall?
Thanks

For what it's worth, Meadowbrook Pointe is in East Garden City ("Westbury, NY 11590" mailing address), and is in the Uniondale Union Free School District.

Good question. Was hoping someone in RE or who lives there would be able to provide an estimate.

I see people going in and out when I'm over there.
Why don't you call the sales office and ask? They have to tell you if you ask them point-blank.

I would say it's worth a try but I would not expect honesty...I did call when it first opened to simply find out prices (out of sheer nosiness to be honest). I don't recall what they told me, but they did tell me starting a certain price and up (taxes and home) depending on the unit you choose.

Usually these places don't want to say anything on the phone; rather they will insist you make an appointment for detailed information, as they want to drag you into the sales office and pitch you.
