Homes for Rent/ or wanting to sell asap in Long Island
May be relocating to the area next month and looking for someone who either has a single family home for rent or to buy. If anyone is really interested in making a deal we have good credit and will be moving soon.

I'm not sure of where the exits are I've only been there once but my husbands job will be in Medford. If you could send me some info on it I would appreciate it.

Exit 64 is Medford.
Youre pretty much Mid Island so anyhwere in N or S Brookhaven would be close.

If you want to rent or buy what price range do you think you could afford? I started at one price 8 years ago and had to significantly increase it based on what I was finding and not particularly liking. Also, how large or small? How many bedrooms do you need? You can find homes in the area on our local newspaper's online version: Long Island Real Estate - Including homes for sale in Nassau County and Suffolk County -- Newsday.com
