The can of worms is now open...
I'll start.
I disagree with Oceanside, average at best.
Fudged numbers, smoke and mirrors.
Was really good for a while.
Not anymore.

I'm only doing public schools.
I'd imagine schools like Chaminade, Kellenberg, St. Anthony's, and Sacred Heart would be in the Exceptional category...

Ok
I don't know anything about LI Public Schools but I do know that Cold Spring Harbor is one of the best in the USA...(with respect to # of AP tests taken per student)

Oceanside's test scores and 4-year college matriculation rate put it up pretty high on the list.. but what does Oceanside do to fudge its data?
In fact- I think Oceanside is #16 for college matriculation.. on the other hand.. Oceanside is such a large school district that it would be easy to let a couple of people slip through the cracks..

Where did you get this list from?
Calhoun and Bellmore JFK are better than Mepham...and those schools are in one district Bellmore-Merrick CHSD...consists of Grand, Merrick, Calhoun, JFK and Mepham.
Where is Vandermuelen?

It's primarily based off Newsweek by the way.
Vandermuelen is in Port Jefferson.
