I personally do not believe in this gimmick, but it is a way to have the home come up on MLS as revised and therefore re exposed to both agents and their buyers keeping it "fresh" in their minds. The repetition may sometimes help with better response for showing.
Calling all REA's.... do you think the number of real estate licensees will decline over the next 2-3 yrs ?
It already has and yes, I believe it will continue to do so over the next year or so... (I'm talking Long Island now)
