I believe the W section in Coram is full of Levitt houses = shoddy construction = problems down the road. I know someone who has a Levitt house in Lake Grove (T-Section) and he has had to have his concrete slab jackhammered multiple times for plumbers to fix leaks in the pipes. Plus, the houses probably have sheetrock for their exterior walls. I would be careful with these houses.
Levittown and Coram are known for yearly collapses. Many people die.
The W section is full of houses that have stood the test of time.
Shoddy construction=any house built in the 1980's.
Sorry, but the Levitt houses are worse than most. Just because a house is standing doesn't mean it's free of problems. I'm not saying that the house would be a total disaster, but it should be checked carefully before closing on any deal....pay special attenion to the external walls and do a mold test.

Kindly give an instance of a collapsed house in Levittown - and don't forget the death that occurred.
Homestead butts right up against Middle Island too.
