Levittown and Coram are known for yearly collapses. Many people die.  
The W section is full of houses that have stood the test of time.
Shoddy construction=any house built in the 1980's.

Sorry, but the Levitt houses are worse than most. Just because a house is standing doesn't mean it's free of problems. I'm not saying that the house would be a total disaster, but it should be checked carefully before closing on any deal....pay special attenion to the external walls and do a mold test.

I survived my Devon Ranch and I think the architecture is timeless.
Other than the slabs...I cant say a bad thing about Levitt living in Strathmore.
