E. Hampton can be pretty seasonal but check The Laundry
The Laundry Restaurant - East Hampton

If youre willing to take a ride to the North Fork the Jedediah Hawkins Inn would definitely be my pick. The North Fork is stunnning this time of year.
Jedediah Hawkin's Inn & Restaurant - 400 South Jamesport Ave. · Jamesport, NY 11947 - 631.722.2900

There are no McDonalds in East Hampton. It's 11:30, do you know where your garbage is?

Got this from newsday.com.

The Living Room, 207 Main St., East Hampton, 631-324-5006, themaidstone.com

COST $80 adults; $40 children under 12

The three-star restaurant at The Maidstone hotel offers a traditional dinner of free-range turkey, plus trimmings. But the kitchen has alternatives, too, including a grilled pork chop, housemade and hand-cut fettuccine, and baby shrimp with dill and lemon. Wine pairing with each course is available for a $35 premium.

Forgot to add. Straight north of the heart of East Hampton is Cedar Point County Park. It offers fine views and you can walk to the lighthouse.

Going east from the heart of East Hampton on Route 27, these are the places.

Napeague Harbor (Shore Road) is nice.

Hither Hills (there is an over look on the left side as you're heading east on 27). The Walking Dunes off of Napeague Harbor Road are nice too.

Shadmoor State Park on the right side of 27 heading east offers fine views on the south shore.

West Lake Drive (on the west side of Lake Montauk) and East Lake Drive. Take both to the end, they offer fine views. East Lake Drive offers access to Big Reed Pond and Little Reed Pond. Both roads are on the left side of 27 heading east.

Camp Hero features a military base which was made to look like a fishing village.

Montauk Point definitely is great for pictures. You have the lighthouse and if you walk around the rocks of the lighthouse, you'll get some good views looking up at the lighthouse and the waves crashing against the rocks.
