Hello, 7-11 Coffee Lovers.

I've been drinking 7-11's Regular Blend of coffee everyday for over two decades.

Recently I noticed pots of Regular Blend seem to be very weak in that the color is very light.

The real tell of it's weakness is when I mix milk with the coffee and the resulting color is muuuuuch lighter than it used to be when I added the same amount of milk.

I mentioned this to the owners who told me they didn't notice any difference while suggesting I try one of 7-11's other blends. Personally I prefer 7-11's Regular Blend.

Today I walk into my favorite 7-11 and notice four fresh pots seated on their warmer, each of which has the weak colored look. After pouring a cup and mixing in a few drops of milk the resulting color appeared as though there was more milk than coffee in the cup.

I mentioned this to a worker who said that occasionally the coffee bin does not drop the appropriate amount of coffee into the grinder. Though he had no explanation for why all four pots currently sitting on their warmers had the same weak color.

Before addressing my concerns to 7-11 HQ, I want to ask other 7-11 Regular Blend coffee drinkers if they are having a similar experience.

Thanks. Mod cut: copyright violation

Hmmm did you try a different 7-11 ? I love 7-11 regular blend, but find it varies a bit store-to-store.
I noticed the regular blend has tasted a bit weaker lately, but never actually look at the color too closely.
Too late for me to check out tonight, but I will report back to you tomorrow AM

My wife doesn't think their coffee is that good, though she says their hot chocolate is good.

Haven't had a cup of coffee or tea in thirty years. I start my day with a Diet Dr Pepper and hit the harder stuff Diet Pepsi by 9am coffee break.

Used to stop at 7-11 once/twice a day when riding. No more.
Now I find a local Deli for good coffee

Good Idea.....7/11 is also a bit expensive for what you get.

Take a look at the name on the machine, and have the manager contact the service rep (or copy the number off the side yourself).
Sounds like it's ratio is out of whack
