Don't know what specifically you're asking about but there's nothing wrong with the area. My dentist's office was on the corner of Midway and Little East Neck Rd, a block or so away from where you're looking. Went there for 31 years, so you might say, I'm somewhat familiar with that neighborhood
(Also lived in Babylon for 15 yrs). Babylon schools are a bonus
