That does work ; just put, forwarding address requested. We did that.
But if they havent a forwarding address, dont know the answer. I know its frustrating, but I have given up in cases like this.
I agree with the above. Give that a try.
The DMV thing may be useless because they have to be the ones to tell the DMV they have a new address and many people don't bother to do so.
