Hello everyone,

My husband got a ticket for "improper park" at the train station. I kept telling him to just let me pay it, he kept saying "no I'll go to court"

Well now he's unable to go to court and it's tomorrow afternoon, I would pay it today but I realized it's closed because of Presidents day.

My question is, can I pay it in the morning even if he has court in the pm.

Thank you for your answer, always helpful

I'm sure that you can pay it anytime up until the hearing. Worst case is you show up in court and pay it there.
