Default Greenlawn, NY????Does anyone know if Browning Dr. or Goldsmith Ave. is a decent area?

We are looking into this area. I like the Elwood school district and the area looks like a very decent quiet middle class area. Does anyone have any other info about this particular part of Greenlawn?

That's the Poet Section - Browning away from Broadway, preferably closer to Sinclair. JMHO
Goldsmith is fine; are you interested in #18 ?

I am actually interested in 18 Goldsmith and wanted to know more about the neighborhood...specifically towards Little Plains Rd. It was mentioned to me that the area is questionable. Should I be concerned?

It's fine. I have friends who live in that area.

The recent buyer/investor did a nice job with the house! The street is tucked away, and because a lot of the older/original owners on the street have moved/sold, many houses have been improved and updated - good for the neighborhood!
Furman's a little noisy in the Summer, but otherwise ok
