I can use a recommendation as well. Somebody reasonably priced and won't charge crazy fees for stuff like cleanups and such.

I'm in the Landscape Design & Construction business and when clients ask for maintenance referrals, these are the two I recommend. Both are very experienced, and reliable. Not cheap, but fair.

Ask yourself what you need a landscaper for? Have kids? Teach them lawn chores. This landscaper culture is killing us here on LI. From the pollution from the trucks and leaf blowers, to the illegal day laborers stacked up on trucks and jamming up our buses.
Please, do us a favor and do your own lawn.
I've been seeing enough of this already this week, as the warm weather has brought them out in full force.

My time is worth more than the $25 I would pay weekly.

We pay 50 a month for lawncare here in FL, how the hell do they make any money?

Just had parents sign up with someone the neighbor was using. Company is on Debora St... they're starting next week so can't recommend yet but we'll see. He is 30/wk and 55 each time for weeds/insects/fertilization - 6x a year. Dad is too old to do it anymore.
