Default a few day trip around nys

where do you guys take your kids to when you have a few days in hand. i wanted to take my kids somewhere for spring break. we can't do indoor waterparks, and that seems to be my only options in PA. what about neighboring states? do you have any recommendations for rhode island, connecticut, jersey, or PA? it would be just me and my kids (5 yrs), so something like family resort/hotel, something nice, walking, sightseeing etc. no flying. just driving. thanks a lot

the Crayola Factory in Easton, PA is nice for young kids ... lots of crafts, creative things. The staff there is really friendly.

This weekend will be a great time to be in NYC. Weather around 70 degrees and more things than you could ever do in a weekend.
