auto pool vacuums, pool lights, and a bunch of other things i can't remember.....LOL So with the extras it's around $30,000. Which will actually end up being anywhere from $30,000 - $40,000 if you add a possible hot tub and landscaping and a pool heater.

Our yard is already fenced in, but we'll be replacing some of it

My husband and i both had pools growing up and we just love them!
I think it adds a nice look to your landscape also. We already have a deck
so the pavers and pool would add a nice extra entertaining area.

We at least narrowed it down to two places we like....lol so we know who to use when we are ready
Sounds pretty high to me, but we put our pool in about 5 years ago, things may have gone up or we just got a really good price.

I have a pool that was built by the last owner, was using old system and chemicals. So my husband upgraded to change for a salt-water system, "new" robot at that time (already 4 yrs and still working well) and a loop-lock cover. We only need to buy the pool salt every season ($100), no other chemicals needed. I am the one to maintain the pool and I don't need to vacuum or scrub the line as the robot does all the work but I need to skim the leaves. The water is always crystal clear and out of any chemical. And during summer time (may to september), the pool is a very important gethering spot for family and friends while they have BBQ and then play into the water, looking around, it's really good time. I don't have aircond in the house, so when in the summer that's so fresh to just jump into the water or having a cocktail there. Of course, a pool is really personal as the last owner were retired couple and no kid that they told us they use the pool less then 5 times in the pool for their 10-years time there!!!

Salt water system? Think I need more info on that! And anyone have any info on the preformed pools?? I guess they're not a good choice for our loose, sandy soil here??
