Yes, they are looking to put a high-end restaurant in, something akin to Blackstone if I read correctly. They had a bit of a fight with Smithtown over a minor extension not long ago, not sure what the end result was. I believe that they're looking to spiff the place up.

Default fighting

yes they have been fighting with the town for 2 years, they are putting a high end restaurant there, but they wanted a rather large outdoor seating deck, and for some reason they were being fought with over that, also a big uproar about the water usage, which is dumb because they showed proof of water usage going way down, boulder creek was openat like 11am this restaurant will be open far less hours.so it would seem that things like usag of most stuff like water would go down if not be similar.

I don't think it's a shakedown (then again, it's Smithtown). But the neighbors in the area were worried about water usage due to flooding problems in the area. Perhaps it's time for sewer systems. Anyway, it should be a nice establishement, especially when you look at what they did with the Watermill. Great landscaping, it would be a benefit to the area.

They've been working on this place for a few weeks now. Just last week a landscape architech was scoping the grounds. I can't wait to see what comes of it.

When are they going to do something with that hideous eyesore built by wannabe mobsters that was "Capo" on the corner of 25 and 347 near the mall? Whose palms got greased to let them build that thing?
