You're referring to the Nob Hill condominium in the Hamlet of Ronkonkoma in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County?

Some of the locals feel South is "better". But the residents of North are very happy where they are. So who really knows??

the south is newer, i live in the north, there's really no difference. north does have the pool/clubhouse/and tennis courts in their section.

I was asking because there are eton models available for a cheaper price in south then in north .

The problem that i have is also that eton models all are more expensive in Nob hill then in a place like waverly estates (or is it waverly park name wise).
