I was so homesick for Long Island scenery that I watched this show on TLC. Does anyone know where this was filmed?

Has anyone else seen the show? Can Theresa really talk to dead people , do you think? Isn't John Edward also from LI?

Personally I would love to meet with a psychic medium. I almost went to see John Edwards a few years ago but he was sold out.I am sure alot of you on this forum are probably skeptical or non believers and I was too until I spoke with a psychic they had on 94.3 awhile back. She told me things about my family and names that only I knew. Granted it was a 2 minute reading but I feel there are some unanswerd questions that I need to know answers to.Call those of us crazy who are into this stuff but I really think it's worth doing, going to see a psychic. A friend of mine went to one in farmingdale and had a 1 hour reading. She told my friend that a terrible accident was going to happen and sure enough a week later she was rearended by a drunk driver. Thankfully she only had minor cuts and bruises. I do think people have some sort of ability to read others, it's like a gift. Go ahead make fun all you want... I thought the show was good and gave me a chill down my spine.

Don't get to watch much TV, so I haven't seen the show, but yes, until a few years ago, until he became a BIG celebrity, John Edward lived in Huntington, just one block over from where my oldest daughter still lives.

I wanted to see it - I forgot all about it though. It'll probably be repeated though.
I believe that there are people who have this gift, not sure that it's a great idea to use it for profit though. People who don't believe in these things - keep in mind that police and detectives have used Psychics to help with cases.

I just watched the two episodes and all I can say is WOW. I was almost brought to tears. I do have to say that the woman's accent is HEAVYLY Brooklyn, which is not REALLY how LIers talk.
