Port jefferson station is where I live currently and I absolutely agree with ohbeehave's comment. POrt jefferson STation is surrounded by somewhat affluent towns. There are a lot of DOminican Immigrants, which I am myself. Yet, the area has not received help because everything is still there. Second of all, Centereach is not a nice area. People sell drugs in the parking lots constantly and the school district is crowded and not as nice as comsewogue. There are no tough Italian people just that a quarter of LI is Italian and those kids are NOT tough.
