Hi all,
Can anyone tell me what the parking situation is at the East Rockaway station? Do you have to be a village resident to use that lot? And if you do, where do the people who live outside village limits or in Bay Park put their cars in the morning?
within 3 minutes walking theres tons. living so close from the ocean ave station for so long I'm suprised more (or at least one?) don't do it, or try. just not that busy as some bigger stations i guess. unless there is some law against it i dunno of :d
Yep. You are going to have to walk a few blocks. Maybe on Alexine. Village Hall on Atlantic Avenue sells the parking permits and still the parking can be tight regardless of whether you use the ER station or Centre Avenue.
Thanks, all! I'm moving to the non-village area and will be commuting to the city, so I'm trying to figure out what I need to do before I get there. I'll have to stop by Village Hall and get the official word. Again, many thanks!
