If there is anyone on here who lives there or knows someone who does I would appreciate your opinion of the place.
It is an over 55 place but how much over? I now live in a 4 bedroom colonial and it may be time to down size.
Just looking at my options on the Island that I love.
Thanks for any replies.

Does the nickname Seizure Village answer your question?

Its beautiful as long as you dont mind the sound of Ambulances.

JK : )

Its a very nice OLDER retirement community.

Yeah, I had an great uncle who lived there (quite independently until his death at age 87) but it skews old. And cranky.

I don't think the village is that nice. It is sort of run down if you ask me. I don't know how the places are on the inside, though.

Leisure Glen is more "upscale" than neighboring Leisure Village or Leisure Knolls. I work in a dental practice that treats the majority of the residents and they vary in age. I would say Leisure Glen has a younger population. Its also a lovely community.
