you don't have Arcadia listed, any reason or are you just going on opinions? It surprises me you would list all OC districts, I don't think they are all at the top of the lists, that is a lot of districts.

Bear in mind that best ranking school districts are not always BEST to work for. Top test scores do not always mean an ideal working environment.

I was wondering when someone sould mention that, best districts and best for teachers and administrators are often not quite the same. It depends on what one means by best schools?

I know that Irvine has the best publich schools in OC ( for students to attend ) , not sure about working for them though.

Yup a lot of really good districts have high end management that put parents and students first to the degree where the staff and teachers pretty much are required to kowtow to their every demand, regardless of how ridiculous...this creates a less than pleasant environment to work for staff.
