Today a Beverly Hills judge ruled that Lindsay Lohan violated the terms of her probation in a drunk driving case when she failed to attend alcohol education classes and sentenced her to 90 days in jail. Lindsay is a beautiful actress and singer who is addicted to drugs and was arrested for driving under the influence. Now Lindsay is going to jail.

Do you think the judge was too harsh? Lindsay never hit anyone while driving high but she did not attend all the substance abuse classes and the judge got angry with her.

No being beautiful doesn't mean she should get off but did you see the TV footage of her crying and pleading with the judge to not send her to jail? Is being high a reason to be sent to jail?

Question 2: It depends on where one is when they're high. I know you didn't miss this part: "violated the terms of her probation in a drunk driving case". That'll get just about anyone sent to the hoosegow.

I don't think smoking pot, or even doing cocaine, is a good reason to be in jail. However, I do think that repeatedly disobeying orders that are clear to the rest of the world is a good enough reason.
Let's see how long she actually has to stay.

The judge seemed heartless and didn't have to sentence Lindsay to 3 months jail time. When Paris Hilton did the same thing she then violated her probation by driving twice and then was sent to jail. I think Lindsay should get another chance.

Looks like Linsday got a judge that wasn't impressed by fame, if fame is the proper term to use when describing that Paris creature, which it isn't. If I did what she did, my ass would be in jail and none of you star ****ers would give two ****s. Waaa waaaa waaa, Lohan f'ed up and has to pay the piper. BFD. Maybe after this she'll think twice about driving while impaired.

I hope the lesbian tank heavy that takes her under her wing is gentle with her, at least at first.

Who cares if someone else did the same thing? Paris shouldn't have gotten away with whatever she did either (not familiar with the case). That doesn't mean we can't move forward and start giving people what they deserve, even if in the past things have been unfair.

you break the law you go to jail. what part of that do you not understand? Why because of who she is, sooo what! They all live the good life while we live in the real world yet they can't obey the law.
Your status shouldn't prevent you from going to jail if you don't follow the law. Hope she spends the entire 90 days.
